What About Insurance?

If you have been injured or hurt in a car accident, there is usually no out-of-pocked expenses to you. Typically, the car insurance company will cover all of your medical bills.

What Will The Car Insurance Company Pay For?

When you or someone you know is injured in an auto accident because of the negligence of someone else that person or their insurance company will be responsible for the repair or replacement of your vehicle, your medical expenses, and possibly other payments for pain and suffering, lost wages, etc.

These medical expenses will include the evaluation and treatment of your injuries as well as diagnostic imaging including x-rays, CT-scans, and/or MRI’s. In the vast majority of cases, the liable insurance company covers everything.

Your own insurance policy may have under insured or uninsured coverage. Or your policy may have personal injury coverage, also known as medical payment or med-pay.

We Bill The Auto Insurance Company For Your Injuries, So You Don’t Have To.

We work closely with State Farm, AAA, Mercury, Farmers, USAA, Travelers, Geico, Allstate, Liberty, Progressive, and many other insurance companies.

Our professional staff at Irvine Chiropractic Injury Center will help you determine your coverage as well as file all the necessary paperwork for your case. If needed, we can refer you to an attorney who can then discuss the options you may have in settling your claim.

What is Med-Pay?

Regardless of who was at fault, most car insurance policies will cover treatment for your injuries. These medical payments (known as Med-Pay coverage) can be used to pay for treatment. Med-Pay also covers any passenger in the vehicle who may have been hurt or injured. Please call our office. Auto accident consultations are free.
